Parents

One of the strengths of our school is the diversity of the community we serve. Parents are a key part of this invaluable resource. There are a variety of ways in which parents can become involved; as a volunteer; helping our incredible Parent Teacher Association; and much more beyond.

Changes to Access Arrangements to Remain Covid Safe

To ensure both safety of our staff and the continued opening of the school, parents and carers will no longer be able to access the Main Office in person. Appointments MUST be arranged ahead of time either by phone or email.

Contacting a Member of Staff

Should you need to contact a member of staff, please do so via the main office. You can only do so by telephone or email via:

office@edmundwaller.lewisham.sch.uk

Raising a Concern

If you have a concern about any aspect of your child’s school day, we would ask that, in the first instance, you make an appointment to see your child’s class teacher. Should this not be possible then please seek an appointment with one of the phase leaders (depending on the year your child is in) below:

For children in:
Nursery, Reception
EYFS Phase Leader – Miss Shaw

Year 1, Year 2
Key Stage 1 Phase Leader – Sue Greenbank

Year 3/Year 4
Lower Key Stage 2 Phase Leader – Miss Jones

Year 5/Year 6 Phase Leader
Miss Winter

In the unlikely event that this doesn’t resolve the issue, then please make an appointment, via the main office, with a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT):

Mr Absolom – Assistant Headteacher
Miss Greenbank – Assistant Headteacher
Ms Rennie – Head Teacher
