They enthusiastically explained exactly what they had enjoyed the most about their lessons and were able to give us details about how they had overcome challenges that they faced. We were all very impressed and highly entertained. Well done years 2 and 3!

Published 13/12/24Back in 2023, our Climate Champions, led by Ms Lepere, raised the issue of the unsafe crossing at Lausanne Rd. This is a key route to school for many of our children and families are faced with a daily dash to the other side!
The Climate Champions came together to call for action. With the support of both the community and Ms Lepere, the children wrote to local Councillor, Gavin Edwards. He wrote back saying he would look into it, thanking the children for raising the matter, and promising action.
