LKS2 Recognition Assembly
What have Year 2 and 3 been up to this week?
Today's assembly was such a pleasure to host - the children were a vibrant sea of red to mark Comic Relief, and they showed enormous respect for the classmates who had been chosen to share their learning. In our assemblies, not only do we recognise and celebrate hard work and progress, we also use them as opportunities to practise particular skills. Today, it was very clear to see that the LKS2 children are really learning how to 'perform' when sharing their thoughts and reading their writing aloud. Watch out for this in their class assemblies - it's Year 2's turn next week.
