Year 6 at PGL - Day 1
Day 1 at PGL has not disappointed!
Today has been a cracker. We had a very calm journey down before arriving at PGL Windmill Hill in gorgeous sunshine. The weather was so lovely we were able to eat our lunch outside!
Then it was straight on to the first of our activity sessions. We started off outside, either climbing, or climbing and then leaping off a platform – challenging ourselves from the get-go.
As the sun went down, the temperature dropped quite quickly, so we were grateful to go inside and practise our fencing and aeroball skills.
Finally, we got to sample some of the best flavoured water and unlimited salad bars out there at dinner. Next up - some organised fun in the hall, followed by an early night. After all that activity, we're all pretty tired and ready for bed, right...?
