Just when you thought it couldn't rain anymore...
What a difference a day makes! This time yesterday we were bathed in autumnal sunshine, whereas today we have been battered by wind and rain from the moment we woke up - yet we're still (somehow) smiling.
The combination of mud and sunshine seems to be one that the children cannot resist...
After an uneventful journey, the fun starts here!
Take a look at some of the learning we've been celebrating this week across the Upper Phase!
It may have been the first week back after the half term holidays, but the children in years 2 and 3 have been working their socks off! The teachers have been very impressed with the fantastic attitudes the children have been showing, along with their commitment to their learning. Well done years 2 and 3!
In this week's assembly, we were treated to an array of work that included a persuasive Anglo Saxon battle speech, some Norse vocabulary and long division! Well done Years 4-6!
Another Friday, another selection of fantastic learning to browse which has been produced by children in Years 4, 5 and 6!
The children in Years 2 and 3 have been at it again! Our assembly today was jam-packed with fabulous contributions of English, maths, art and history. Have a look!
Have a look at the fantastic work that the children shared in today's Recognition assembly. The year 2 and 3 children have obviously been very busy in their maths, English and science lessons this week!
